I really enjoyed interviewing Food Network Chef, Giada De Laurentiis, this week!
She was so honest and gracious. She just opened her very first restaurant, and it happens to be at the brand new Cromwell on the Las Vegas Strip. I can’t wait to try it! She talked to us about letting go of her chef two weeks before opening and why, how her restaurant is different than most, her personal touch in the decor, and why her menu is so big!
